Logan's 1st Birthday!

Okay, I'm fighting a head cold right now so a brief layout of what went on and then you get lots of PICTURES!

My BIG little boy turned one! October 27, we had both sides of the family over and enjoyed some hamburgers and hot dogs, chips and dip, orange jell-o, pop and of course cake and ice cream. Don't forget the football dad had on the whole time.
He ate awesome!  And when it came to present time it took him a few minutes to realize that there was fun stuff in those bags and boxes.
When we brought out the cake all he wanted to do was get those chubby little hands on it and he tried his hardest! Afterwards Brax and Logan enjoyed playing in his new tent and tunnel chasing each other in and out.
Thanks to all who came!

Braxton's Halloween Party

Braxton had a HALLOWEEN PARTY!
He was so excited and helped get everything ready.

Poor little Logan even got locked up with the handcuffs that were meant for the doughnut bobbing.
All dressed up in his awesome Bumblebee Costume!

The morning of his party we were outside setting up when I heard a big crash, I had looked at him just a moment earlier standing on the foot rest (upside down behind him) and hanging on the bar. So I immediately think he fell and smashed into the side of the house. Nope. He stood too close to the edge of his step stool and it tipped over leaving him hanging there for his life until he realized he wasn't that far up. HAHA!
He helped prepare the cupcakes for "cupcake party" as he called it forever.

And helped with the the Jell-O pumpkins and Brain!

Then we had the games!

Super excited and waiting for his friends to arrive!

We invited a about 20 kids and we had 13 respond but only 9 showed up. He was still the happiest kid there.

I love this picture! If you look closely the dart is returning fire on him!

Cupcake walk around the trampoline :)

Afterwards I gave Logan a cupcake. He wasn't too sure about it.

Then he got some to his lips and yummy!

Bad cut and primary program!

I went to my grandma's a few weeks ago to visit and make a fun halloween craft. Well I was dumb and was using a knife not for the purpose that it should have been used for and sliced my finger good! Completely stupid!
So I was washing it and it opened so much that I thought I was going to need  stitches. I got light headed and about passed out. I sat on the floor for a minute and asked my grandma to get some super glue. I held it tight and super glued it together.
Then I made a small splint and taped it all up.

Goofball!

he was darn proud of his spider he made in preschool while working on the rhyme Little Miss Muffet.

My cute big boy all ready for his first primary program!

Braxton had his first primary program today!
He got up there and said his line just like he practiced all morning. Even thought he said it so fast you couldn't really understand him that well.
Then after the second song I looked at him and his face went white and he looked at me with this panicked face and then covered his mouth and made the puke face.
I panicked thinking "oh my crap, please don't puke on the stage!" I gestured for him to run to me and then we rushed out to the hallway and walked a little to calm him down, got a drink and ate some pretzels from the car to calm him down.
He was so nervous he about threw up all over the stage! That would have been the most memorable program ever.

It was so sad, he had been so excited all morning reciting his line.
