Thanksgiving and Logan's Blessing

Dad and his boys

3 Weeks old

Thanksgiving

We did thanksgiving with my family as we do every year. But this year we were able to stop by Brandon's parents for about a half hour and visit before we left for I.F.
This year I wanted to try something fun with my pies this year and make them single serving size (aka: cupcake size). It took way longer but they were a hit and soooo yummy.

My favorite, along with my brothers, was a new one this year, Sour Cream Blueberry.
When I told him what they were he turned his nose up to them and said no way. But then he took a small taste when everyone was raving about them and ended up eating 4 or 5 he like them so much.

Caramel Apple Crunch Pies

I also made the traditional pumpkin, caramel pecan cheesecake, and coconut cream. But for some reason I forgot to take pictures of those.

Also Broken Glass Jell-o
 and Crumb Topped Sweet Potatoes.

My silly little turkey showing off his turkey shirt that I made for him.

My matching turkeys.

The Feast...Buffet Style

the day after Thanksgiving was Heidi's (Brandon's Mom/Nana) Birthday. Every year we go bowling as a family for her birthday, Brax was in heaven, he loves bowling.

I made her cake with the swirling rose technique that I've been wanting to try for a while, it turned out pretty.

 Braxton and Logan
Their first brother bath!
Braxton was over the moon excited to finally be able to sit in the tub with Logan.

Saturday the 26th, we went up to the mountains to get a christmas tree for Brandons parents. We wanted to get a real tree this year but  decided not to.
And yes I went to, with Logan strapped to my chest and bundled up nice and warm.

 His first ever snow angel!

Chowing down on some hot dogs!
Back in the car all nice and warm.

Logan's Blessing Day

Karate Baby

I was wanted to get a cute picture of Logan all dressed up and he decided to stretch and wake up right as I started taking pics. It was pretty funny.

BIG Yawn
and then back to sleep.

Logan...2 weeks old

MORE BABY SMILES!

He posed himself like this and I thought it was too cute.

I asked for a smile and he gave me a very puckered frown. :)

Brax brought the camera to me and asked to take pictures...so i figured why the heck not.
So here are some of me and my boys.

FAVORITE!

Somebody got a hold of the camera....

If ones asleep the other is more than likely to be wide awake.

He did not want his picture taken. :)

I tried to get some cute newborn pics while he was awake, but doing it by myself proved to be somewhat difficult. I'll have to do some more when i have some help to pose him. But I did get a couple cute ones once they were edited.
