Pictures from the Idaho State Fair

Mommy got to go to the fair with Braxton! It was Brax's second time there, so he knew exactly what he wanted, but we definitely avoided the rides.

he loved to feed the goats, he would tackle the little ones and give them a big hug

Now the horses on the other hand they were a little too big and scary for him.

This giant turkey scared him to death too, as you can tell by his face.

Enjoying a state fair hamburger, he gobbled this down extremely fast

Idaho!!

Oh we have had such a busy month so far, we arrived in Idaho on the 31st and have been going ever since. We surprised both our families cause we were here earlier than planned. September 3-7 we went camping in Yellowstone with Brandon's family and saw the usual buffalo and elk. But i did see a wolf! Unfortunately I don't have any pictures because it was dark and we were driving and i thought it was a coyote, Until the next day we had a coyote walk across our hiking trail then I knew that I had seen a wolf my mother-in-law saw it also and also agrees that is was a wolf after seeing the coyote. Exciting and Frustrating at the same time because we didn't know what it was to begin with.

On our hike we hiked about 2 1/2 miles into "Fairy Falls" and then another mile to go see the "Imperial Geyser" it was so pretty. The Imperial Geyser is a pool of Royal Blue water that goes off every minute, not as big as old faithful but way more pretty. So the total of the Hike was about 5 1/2 miles. Along with the coyote crossing our path during our hike at the end of it we had a buffalo that we had to go pass, no kidding we had to walk about 15 feet away from this large bull buffalo just to get to our cars.

Sorry to say I can't find the cord to my computer to download the pictures from my camera from camping, etc. But I am working on it.

When we got home, my mom came up and took Braxton to the state fair, he had so much fun in the petting zoo and on the rides. Then I went back with them on the last day and was able to see him with the animals, it was fun.

Unfortunately Braxton stood up and fell head first out of the wagon at the fair and got another big scrapped bruise on his forehead. I say another because while I was packing some of our things at our home here in Rexburg, Brax fell outside and hit his head on the corner of a cement block, I freaked out. When I found him his whole face was covered in blood, I've never seen so much blood on a little baby, and the first thing that went through my mind was "I don't have a car!". I ran inside and cleaned it up praying that he wouldn't need stitches. Luckily it wasn't as bad as it looked, just a little puncture and scrap. Being the tough little kid that he is, he was ready to go back out and play no more than 5 minutes later. Let's just say I watched him like a hawk for the next 24 hours.

So I got everything all packed up and ready to go and Brandon decided that he wanted to stay and help with harvest for a few weeks, well those few weeks has turned into the whole harvest so I am living with my in-laws and bouncing back and forth to my moms a few days of the week and up the ranch to stay with Brandon for a day and a half. Along with harvest I have had the worst Allergies ever! I have never had allergies before and i feel like i'm going to die!!! So we will be here till the tenth of Ocotober, just enough time for me to unpack everything and get ready for Halloween in Arizona. So if anyone wants to do anything, I'm pretty much free for the next few weeks.

My little Screacher!

Brax went completely crazy on us sunday night, the video quality is pretty bad because the lighting in our apt is horrible, but you can definitely hear him. But since videos don't exactly transfer to books, you can't exactly hear it. But he went nuts! Running in circles and screaming at the top of his lungs for what seemed like forever!

I love this picture, Braxton was upset that brandon left without him so i put him up to the window and caught this shot. These are the edited versions.

Enrichment and A Nasty A** Spider

For Enrichment last night the theme was "how to make your home a heaven on earth."
We had a manicotti dinner, lesson and then one of the sisters has a machine that does the lettering and a bunch of extra tile, and she just gave them to everyone for FREE!
It was so nice of her to do that for everyone.

This larger one I won!
They had a door prize drawing for the first ten people that arrived on time.

And now the dreaded Nasty A** Male Black Widow Spider!
I found this dumb thing in Braxton's Room!
It has been in this jar for 5 days now and it is going to stay there till it dies!

DiamondBacks Game
Braxton's and Mine first Major League Game

Well the day started off with a grumpy baby with an upset tummy, on the way to the stadium we stopped and got subway. Well as you can see Braxton took my sub.

The Coolest Kid Ever!!
Honestly what 18 month old requires a hat and sunglasses when he is outside.

"CHASE STADIUM"

The D-backs coach got thrown out of the game half way through. There were only a few exciting parts of the game and they didn't even replay them on the screen, the only things that they would replay was when the home team got a run in.
Sorry with all my terminology, I'm not that good with Baseball. I would much rather go to a Football Game. But it was fun to go to the stadium and see how everything happens.

As always my kid was the only one not sitting in one spot. This was one of the very very rare moments where he stopped and sat in his OWN chair for a few seconds.

This picture is what I really look like now...

I really haven't gained weight but the rest of the pictures make me look huge! It's really quite upsetting. But Pictures were really hard to take in the stadium the lighting was really difficult to work with.

I just thought these concrete baseballs were cool, they were huge.

And the tantrum on the way home

After the game we had to wait for a while for a cop to come which by the way never did, Brandon's brother's car got broken into and his Laptop was stolen from under the seat.
We really need to remember that were not in Rexburg anymore.
It was so hot that I took Tyler's ice pack out of his lunch cooler and stuck it into Brax's pants, he didn't complain one little bit.

And on other good news we found a house and put a deposit on it and we sign the lease papers this weekend! Yippee! Now I get to pack all next week. ugh.
Pictures a little later, forgot to take some while we were there.
