July - before vacation

He helped mom put treasure hunt prizes together for boys and girls.
They enjoyed sharing a beater covered in frosting.
 posing at the outlet mall

New life jacket! He wasn't too thrilled with it at first.

He loves his toes and tries as hard as he can to get those little piggies to his mouth.
He loves to roll onto his tummy to sleep. Which I'm not a big fan of, because he buries his face when he does so.
He was so tired, but his new binky was just too cute!

New fishing pole!!
He was in love with it learning how to cast.
I found him a new suit at a thrift store for $10! He looks so handsome in it. When he is not being silly

Enjoying the ran storm together

I love this picture! He's such a little stud :)

Spinning his glow sticks

I found a bug screen for my big stroller!
Now to just finish making the canopy.
He learned to stand up in his playpen!!
So now this is the cute little sight I get to wake up to every morning.
And yes he is still in our room, mainly cause this naughty little boy doesn't sleep through the night yet. grrr, and I don't want him to wake up his brother.
I brought so many shoes from braxton for Logan and who would of guessed it, none of them fit his chubby feet! So we are going to have to buy new shoes for him. So here are his first pair of shoes, he doesn't even walk yet and he is in a size 6!

4th of July

Our fourth was sadly without fireworks...again.
I am praying that our plan for next summer of NOT selling stays that way it is so we can have a fun fourth with family and good fireworks.

We did have some fun with going to the lake nearby for a company bbq.

Logan even took a little nap
And then Braxton decided he was tired too and pretended to sleep.

Some geese decided to crowd his sand toys and he went after them squawking, screaming and  flapping his arms.

Trying to get a good picture...um nope

Family 4th pic!

Then that night we got to watch fireworks from NYC on T.V.
Can't wait till next year when Logan gets to see them for real.

Mother's/Father's Day and Birthdays

We started off fathers day by giving dad a 1 gallon water cooler to take with him to work when it's super hot. I knew he was a little disappointed by the look on his face, but he thanked us and gave the boys a hug. Little did he know we had a big one coming his way. While he took his weekly sunday nap, I had some of the single guys bring over his big gift which also counted as his birthday too. I had been storing it in their garage for a week.
After we gave him his "first" gift, he took braxton downstairs and came back up with this beauty!
It was a belated Mother's Day gift, since he completely forgot.

He also had my birthday gift in the car too, and braxton had a melt down cause he didn't want to wait to give it to me. So Sunday was a present day for mom and dad.

Then after dad's nap we woke him up and braxton lead him out to the porch to surprise him with this!!

Then a few day's later was my birthday, which we didn't do anything for since it was on a Wednesday. So we waited till Saturday to have some cake cause Braxton wanted to go with dad to buy one. And this is the yummy thing Brax chose. it was pretty good for a store cake.

I gave Logan some cake to eat by himself. he was a little unsure about it at first, but then dug in!

Brandon's parents paid for part of a double stroller I found on CL, the boys and I love it!
And bonus alert! Not until I go it home and did some research on it did I realize that is also a bike trailer! Now we just need to get the attachment to hook it up.
