We had plans to go to the lake with our friends who has a annual pass (or else it's $9 a car). The started off beautiful! and then right as we started out to leave a storm set in. As soon as we got to the lake it started pouring rain, then it started to hail a little bit as we sat in the car waiting for it to pass. When it stopped we got out and headed down to the beach, it was still kind of cold and swimming was closed for a bit so we built a sand castle which got smashed by the other kid that was with us. Brax was pretty furious. The to our delight as soon as we hit the beach and sat down the tornado sirens went off, twice.
But once the water was open we had fun wading in it and Logan even got his first taste of sand! YUCK!
Oh and some smothering of siblings and dad too!
