Happy 4th Birthday Braxton!

Since November Braxton has been reminding me that he wanted to have a Transformers birthday and a bumblebee cake. So that's just what I did.  We had pizza, cupcakes around his bumblebee, chocolate cake and Ice cream.

A little about my grown up boy! I can't believe he's four!
--He's such a big help with his little brother, he loves to help change diapers even the dirty ones, giving baths and even feeding him a bottle.
--His favorite color is orange.
--His favorite food varies a lot, some of them are spaghetti, pizza, cheese"ham"burgers and fries, rice and believe it or not BROCCOLI! We took him out to Applebees for his birthday dinner, mainly because we had a gift card and he looked at the menu and asked for the broccoli. So we ordered him the mini cheeseburgers and a side of broccoli. I was even more baffled when he took 3 bites of the burger and downed all of the broccoli but 2-3 peices.
--He loves playing outside no matter what.
--He now has a bedtime plus routine now! He follows it almost every night too. Brush teeth, get in jammies, read scriptures with family, say his prayers, I read him a story and then he goes to sleep.
--He loves to make crafts with mom
--He is also my big helper in the kitchen no matter what I'm doing and that includes the dishes.
-- And of course watch TV, play on the phones and especially dad's notepad or as he calls it "Dad's big game".

All dressed up for church in his new shirt and tie!
We love this handsome little dude!

This year my sweet kid woke up to his room filled with a dozen balloons floating around.
And the first words out of his mouth were "Today's my birthday!!!"

I wanted him to choose muffins or pancakes with a candle for breakfast but he refused and wanted to have a cupcake. Oh well.

Soon after his cupcake breakfast, Toys 'R' us's Geoffrey the Giraffe called him on the phone to wish him a happy birthday.

 His BUMBLEBEE CAKE!!
It didn't turn out how I imagined it but it was just what he wanted.

I'm still baffled that I forgot to take pictures of him with his Nana and Grandpa and also with me and Brandon.

He got a giant puppy from Grandma Merry and aunt stacee n' Krystal

An Optimus Prime mask from Nana, Grandpa and his aunts and uncles.
A bumblebee car from Uncle Bryan and Aunt Jessica.
As soon as he saw all the presents I had set out that morning, he ran to them and asked which one was his bumblebee car.
Transformers Bed Sheets!
New Church Shirt, which he could of care less for at the time.

He is constantly stealing my nursing pillow, so I decided to make him his own and let him pick out the fabric he chose both of these and did a darn good job at it too.

Nana trying on his Optimus Mask.

A pop up football tent!

Pinata Time!
He wanted a giant pinata he saw in the grocery store but I wasn't about ready to spend $20 on it. So I made one myself. (note to self... next time add 3 more layers.)

Braxton went first and had quite a few hits
and then on her first hit, his Aunt Ellisa broke the thing right in half!
pinata hat! :)

All gathered in the new tent, which he also loves to sleep in and it fits perfectly on his bed too.

On his bed with his new presents
He was actually excited to go to bed that night.
I went in to check on him before I went to bed and this is what I found. hehe, it was so cute I had to call brandon in to look at him before I moved the pillow off his head.
A new decoration idea that I had since I love having stuff on the fan and going around on low speed for birthdays. Brandon absolutely hates it when I put streamers on the fan because of the noise so this year I did balloons! they were fun, cute, and quiet!

Logan even likes to be in the tent

The next day tearing apart his bumblebee rice crispy cake.
